What To Bring
Food & Drinks
While each kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, appliances and dining essentials, you’ll need to bring your own food, beverages and any speciality items you may require during your stay. We recommend stocking up before departure, as shopping options are limited once you’re out on the river.
Beach Towels
Bath towels are provided onboard, however we recommend bringing beach towels for swimming, the spa and relaxing on the deck.
Sun Protection
The Murray River enjoys plenty of sunshine throughout the year, so we recommend bringing:

- wide-brimmed hats
Insect Repellent
Highly recommended bringing insect repellent, particularly during warmer months and evenings by the river.
*Please note: mozzie coils and candles are not permitted onboard for safety reasons.

Comfortable Layers
Even during summer, evenings on the river can become cool, so we recommend packing a warm layer for the evenings.
Swimwear

The Murray River is perfect for fishing, so feel free to bring your rods, tackle and bait.
Games & Entertainment
Books, board games and playing cards are wonderful additions for relaxed evenings on the river. While some boats may have a selection onboard, we recommend bringing your favourites.
Music
Most of our houseboats feature Bluetooth audio and Starlink connectivity, making it easy to enjoy your favourite playlists, podcasts and streaming services while cruising or relaxing onboard.
